The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has issued Advertisement No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2026/01 and 2026/02 dated 18 October 2026 for the Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC)-2026. Candidates who qualified NEET PG 2026 can register and fill choices for first-year MD, MS, PG Diploma and DNB seats in government and private medical colleges of Bihar. Registration for Rounds 1 and 2 started on 22 October 2026 and closes on 28 October 2026.
बिहार संयुक्त प्रवेश प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा पर्षद (BCECEB) ने 18 अक्टूबर 2026 को विज्ञापन संख्या BCECEB(PGMAC)-2026/01 और 2026/02 जारी कर स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा नामांकन काउंसलिंग (PGMAC)-2026 की घोषणा की है। NEET PG 2026 में सफल उम्मीदवार बिहार के सरकारी और निजी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में MD, MS, PG डिप्लोमा और DNB की प्रथम वर्ष सीटों के लिए पंजीकरण और विकल्प भर सकते हैं। राउंड 1 और 2 का पंजीकरण 22 अक्टूबर 2026 से शुरू है और 28 अक्टूबर 2026 तक चलेगा।

Counselling Process / काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया
There will be four rounds of counselling, all online. The merit list for PGMAC-2026 will be based on the NEET PG 2026 merit list prepared by NBEMS. Candidates who register and pay the fee and security deposit between 22 and 28 October will get their rank card on 30 October. Free exit from Round 1 is allowed on 17–18 November, before Round 2 choice filling.
काउंसलिंग के चार राउंड होंगे और सभी ऑनलाइन होंगे। PGMAC-2026 की मेधा सूची NBEMS की NEET PG 2026 मेधा सूची के आधार पर बनेगी। जो उम्मीदवार 22 से 28 अक्टूबर के बीच पंजीकरण कर शुल्क और सुरक्षा राशि जमा करेंगे, उनका रैंक कार्ड 30 अक्टूबर को जारी होगा। राउंड-2 के विकल्प भरने से पहले 17–18 नवंबर को राउंड-1 से फ्री एग्ज़िट का मौका मिलेगा।
How to Apply / आवेदन कैसे करें
- Open bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and read the PGMAC-2026 prospectus and seat matrix. / bceceboard.bihar.gov.in खोलें और PGMAC-2026 प्रॉस्पेक्टस व सीट मैट्रिक्स पढ़ें।
- Click “Online Portal of PGMAC-2026” and register with your NEET PG 2026 roll number, name and date of birth. / “Online Portal of PGMAC-2026” पर क्लिक करें और NEET PG 2026 रोल नंबर, नाम व जन्मतिथि से पंजीकरण करें।
- Verify the OTP sent to the mobile and email given in the NEET PG form and create a password. / NEET PG फॉर्म में दिए मोबाइल और ईमेल पर आए OTP से सत्यापन करें और पासवर्ड बनाएं।
- Fill the form, pay the counselling fee and security deposit online, and fill and lock choices. / फॉर्म भरें, काउंसलिंग शुल्क व सुरक्षा राशि ऑनलाइन जमा करें और विकल्प भरकर लॉक करें।
Important Notes / महत्वपूर्ण बातें
The registered mobile number and email cannot be changed during the session. NRI-quota candidates must select “NRI” at registration and follow the MCC notice on NRI documents. Check the prospectus for eligibility, domicile and reservation rules before applying.
सत्र के दौरान पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल नहीं बदले जाएंगे। NRI कोटे के उम्मीदवार पंजीकरण के समय “NRI” चुनें और NRI दस्तावेज़ों से जुड़ी MCC की सूचना का पालन करें। आवेदन से पहले पात्रता, निवास और आरक्षण के नियम प्रॉस्पेक्टस में देख लें।
